Information About Craig High School Strength & Conditioning Summer Course

Craig High School Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed for ALL students entering grades 7-12 in the fall. The course will focus on improving the athletic ability of all participants.

Students will practice in various pre-exercise warm-up routines, learn proper exercise technique for both strength and power exercises, develop sport specific conditioning, and use speed, agility, and plyometric
training protocols to improve athletic performance.

Whatever you athletic goal, Strength and Conditioning class will help get you there as Craig High School Varsity coaches will work with athletes in all sessions. 

  • This course is offered at Craig High School from June 10th-July
  • 18th M-TH.
  • No Classes will be held on Thursday, July 4th.

Students are encouraged to signup for the following times:

  • 7AM-9AM - 10th-12th Boys M-TH
  • 9AM-10:30AM - 9th-12th Girls M-TH
  • 10:30AM-12PM - 9th Grade Boys M-TH
  • 12PM-1:15PM - 7th-8th Grade Boys M-TH
  • 12PM-1:15PM - 7th-8th Grade Girls M-TH

REQUIREMENTS: Fall 2024-Grades 7-12
